At this time, Reckless By Ron only accepts exchanges for different sizes of the same product (i.e. SMALL Floral Fetish Short for MEDIUM Floral Fetish Short).
In order to receive an exchange, you must ship back merchandise within five days of receiving the product.
Customer is responsible for additional shipping fees (to RECKLESS by Ron in LA & back to them) when they would like an exchange.
They must also email and let us know beforehand that we should be expecting their package.
They can pay these fees through PayPal by sending to the email [email protected].
Singlets & Underwear are excluded from exchanges for health reasons.

Everything at Reckless By Ron is made to order in California. Orders usually take about 10-12 business days to ship out. BUT due to recent high volume of orders, this time frame is not guaranteed. Your patience is appreciated!

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS with tracking available upon request.
International orders are shipped through FedEx with tracking available upon request.

Rush orders cannot always be done due to high volume of orders. However, if you are interested in receiving your items faster please email [email protected] before placing your order.
In addition to paying for expedited shipping you will also have to pay a $35 rush fee. This rush fee covers up to 3 items. Anything over 3 items will be a different price...depending on the total number of items in order. Please email about rush orders BEFORE PLACING ORDERS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!
If you choose rush, your order will ship out after 3-4 business days. Please remember...all items are made to order.
